General Rules & Regulations
Each of our units have some general rules to ensure that all residents of the property can enjoy their time in their unit. Please see a general outline of these rules and regulations below.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- Waterbeds
- Humidifiers or moisture generating appliances
- Flammable materials
COMMON AREAS: All common areas including entryways, driveways, stairways, and greenspace shall be kept clear of all personal property. This includes, but is not limited to, shoes, clothing, furniture, strollers. No signs, posters, or advertisements will be placed on any part of the Property. Wash, laundry, and other garments may not be hung in any common area or outside.
PETS: No pets are allowed without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Additional pet fees may apply. If approved, you much clean up after your pet, both inside and outside of the unit. Excessive barking or noise must be addressed after a complaint from another resident. The Landlord is not responsible for any injuries to other residents that may result from another resident’s pet, and issues that arise will be handles between the impacted parties.
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Residents shall make an effort to not disturb other residents. This includes keeping music/television volume at a reasonable level, as well as limiting gatherings as to not create a nuisance. If music, tv, or partying can be heard outside of the apartment, it is too loud. If another resident is violating this policy, please direct complaints to the local police department.
INTERIOR / EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS: Resident shall not alter or install any lock, bracket, shades, hangers, paint, wallpaper, or other attachment/modification or fixture to any door, wall, ceiling, or floor of premises without prior written consent of Landlord. This includes nails, screws, or adhesives that may disfigure any part of the Property. If approved, any such alterations will become the property of the Landlord. Landscaping will not be altered in any way and planting, removing, or trimming plants/trees is prohibited.
DELIVERIES / PACKAGES: The Landlord is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that deliveries are made to another location or held at the delivery company for pickup.
UTILITIES / MECHANICALS: No modifications will be made to any utility or mechanical component of the Property. This includes adding electrical outlets, altering plumbing, or connecting appliances to gas lines without prior writer approval from Landlord. Plumbing fixtures should only be used for their intended purpose, and repairing any damage resulting from misuse will be paid for by the resident.
PARKING: Residents, their family, guests, or other visitors will obey driving and parking regulations on the Property. No vehicle of any kind, which in the sole opinion of management is in an unfit or dilapidated state, shall be permitted on the Property. Any vehicle which is not currently registered may at the opinion of management be considered abandoned and may be towed away or otherwise disposed of by management without recourse by owner.
